Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; New Hampshire; Approval of PMINF10 State Implementation Plan (SIP) Revisions and Designation of Areas for Air Quality Planning Purposes

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of New Hampshire. These revisions were submitted in response to EPA's promulgation of new ambient air quality standards. The intended effect of this action is to approve revised National Ambient Air quality Standards (NAAQS) for particulate matter based on PM 10 and other associated regulatory changes. This action is being taken in accordance with section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
