EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania concerning amendments to the Pennsylvania Consumer Products and Architectural and Industrial Maintenance Coatings Regulations. The SIP revision amends 25 Pa.
