Pursuant to section 751(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("the Act"), and 19 CFR 351.216 and 351.221(b)(1), the Department of Commerce ("Department") is initiating a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain pasta from Italy ("pasta") with respect to Delverde Industire Alimentari S.p.A.
