The Department of the Treasury, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other federal agencies to comment on the proposed information collection listed below, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

Application of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 to the Refunded Portion of Certain Federal Refundable Tax Credits; Hearing Cancellation

This document cancels a public hearing on proposed regulations (REG-119882-25) published in the Federal Register on August 20, 2026. The proposed regulations would provide that the refunded portion of certain refundable Federal income tax credits available to individuals is a "Federal public benefit" under the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA).

Agency Information Collection Activities: Information Collection Renewal; Comment Request; Community Reinvestment Act Qualifying Activity Confirmation Request Form

The OCC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites comment on a continuing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). In accordance with the requirements of the PRA, the OCC may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. The OCC is soliciting comment concerning the renewal of its information collection titled, "Community Reinvestment Act Qualifying Activity Confirmation Request Form."
