The U.S. Department of Commerce issued an amended Export Trade Certificate of Review to the Association for the Administration of Rice Quotas, Inc. ("AARQ") on March 11, 2010. The Certificate has been amended ten times. The previous amendment was issued to AARQ on March 31, 2009, and published in the Federal Register on April 10, 2009 (74 FR 16363). The original Certificate for AARQ was issued on January 21, 1998, and published in the Federal Register on January 28, 1998 (63 FR 4220).
