The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary special local regulation for certain navigable waters of Lake Pontchartrain, New Orleans, LA. This action is necessary to protect race participants, spectators, first responders, and the general public from the hazards created by the New Orleans Offshore Grand Prix on the navigable waters of the United States during the event.
