The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary moving safety zone around the procession of boats participating in the marine event, Fete Dieu Du Mississippi, on the Lower Mississippi River in New Orleans, LA. The safety zone is necessary to protect persons and vessels from the potential hazards associated with a moving flotilla of vessels and the potential for marine traffic congestion on the Lower Mississippi River.
