(PTH) (collectively, Applicants), both noncarriers, filed an application seeking authority to acquire control of Cline Tours, Inc. (Cline), a passenger motor carrier, and Cline's passenger motor carrier subsidiaries, Bus Supply Charters, Inc. (BSCI) and Crown Coach Corporation (Crown) (collectively, the Cline Companies).
