Notice of Intent and Request for Information Regarding Launching a Responsible Carbon Management Initiative; Reopening of Comment Period

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is reopening the public comment period for its Notice of Intent (NOI) and Request for Information (RFI) regarding launching a Responsible Carbon Management Initiative which was published in the Federal Register on August 11, 2023.
