The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for the waters of the Allegheny River on September 22, 2023, at mile marker 15.5 to 16.5 from 7:30 through 9 a.m. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters during an on- land demolition.
