The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that producers or exporters of certain aluminum foil (aluminum foil) from Brazil subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) May 4, 2021, through October 31, 2022.
