The ACPAC will deliberate on the Department's notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) on Enhancing Transparency of Airline Ancillary Service Fees; and will vote on recommendations regarding the Department's NPRM on Airline Ticket Refunds and Consumer Protections.
