Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From the Republic of Turkey: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No-Shipments; 2018-2019

Riepilogo

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that producers or exporters of steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. Additionally, we preliminarily find that one company made no shipments during the POR. We invite all interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
