(Power Steel), an exporter of steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Taiwan, sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) March 7, 2017 through September 30, 2018. We invite all interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
