The Commission seeks comment on proposals to eliminate ex ante pricing regulation for price cap incumbent LECs' provision of TDM and other transport business data services. The Commission also seeks comment on the conditions under which ex ante pricing regulations should be eliminated for lower capacity TDM transport business data services offerings by rate-of-return carriers opting in to the Commission's new light-touch regulatory framework.
