The EPA is requesting comment on Section 1, Chapter 2, "Cost Estimation: Concepts and Methodology"; Section 3.1, Chapter 1, "Refrigerated Condensers"; and Section 3.2, Chapter 2, "Incinerators/Oxidizers."
