The Department of Commerce (the "Department") determines that certain iron mechanical transfer drive components ("IMTDC") from the People's Republic of China ("PRC") are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value ("LTFV"). The period of investigation ("POI") is April 1, 2015 through September 30, 2015. The final weighted-average dumping margins of sales at LTFV are listed in the "Final Determination Dumping Margins" section of this notice.
