On March 9, 2015, the Department of Commerce ("Department") published in the Federal Register the Preliminary Results of the ninth administrative review of the antidumping duty Order \1\ on certain warmwater shrimp from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam ("Vietnam").\2\ Based upon our analysis of the comments and information received, we determine that Minh Phu Group \3\ and Thuan Phuoc \4\ sold subject merchandise at less than normal value ("NV") during the period of review ("POR"), February 1, 2013, through January 31, 2014.
