Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet, and Strip From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Administrative Review; 2013-2014

On August 12, 2015, the Department of Commerce (the "Department") published the preliminary results and partial rescission of the 2013-2014 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip ("PET film") from the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), in accordance with section 751(a)(1)(B) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("the Act").\1\ The period of review ("POR") is November 1, 2013, through October 31, 2014. This review was initiated with respect to four companies. After rescinding the review with respect to three of the four companies, one company, Shaoxing Xiangyu Green Packing Co., Ltd. ("Green Packing"), remains under review. The Department invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. No parties commented.
