Riepilogo

The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a temporary safety zone extending 200 feet from the left bank Allegheny River Mile 0.0 to 0.25 and extending 200 feet from the right bank Monongahela River Mile 0.0 to 3.09 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. September 5, 2015. A safety zone will also be established extending 300 feet from the left bank Monongahela River Mile 2.32 to 3.09 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. September 5, 2015. This safety zone is needed to protect persons and vessels from the potential safety hazards associated with a paddle board marine event. Entry into this zone will be prohibited to all vessels, mariners, and persons unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port (COTP), Pittsburgh or a designated representative.

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary security zone for all navigable waters of the Ohio River, extending the entire width of the river, between mile marker (MM) 461 to Mile 473. This security zone is needed to provide waterside security and protection of persons under the protection of the United States Secret Service during a visit to Cincinnati, OH. The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters on the Cheboygan River from the Cheboygan Lock & Dam Complex to the Lincoln Bridge. The Coast Guard amends the regulations establishing safety zones for annual fireworks displays in the Captain of the Port Zone Columbia River. Safety Zone; Sector Mobile Annual and Recurring Safety Zones

The Coast Guard is proposing to revise its regulations for permanent safety zones in the Coast Guard Sector Mobile Captain of the Port Zone, 33 CFR 165.801 Table 7, to update the current list with revisions and additional events. The proposed safety zones are necessary to protect event participants, waterway users, and vessels from the potential hazards associated with these recurring events. This proposed rulemaking would prohibit persons from being in the proposed safety zones without permission from the Captain of the Port (COTP) or the COTP's designated representative. Safety Zones; Fireworks Displays in the USCG East District

The Coast Guard is amending its regulation for recurring safety zones for fireworks displays in the USCG East District by adding safety zones for three recurring events and by amending the safety zone for one recurring event.
