The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing a non- competitive (direct) sale of a parcel of public land totaling 1.52 acres in Carbon County, Wyoming, to Philip A. and Ray Deane Card under the provisions of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA), as amended, at not less than the fair market value of $1,350.00. The Sale is pursuant to Section 203 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA), and BLM regulations.
