The Department of Commerce ("Department") is conducting the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on honey from the People's Republic of China ("PRC") for the period of review ("POR") December 1, 2009, to November 30, 2010. As discussed below, we have preliminarily determined to rescind this administrative review because we have found the sales made by Dongtai Peak Honey Industry Co., Ltd. ("Dongtai Peak") that entered during the POR were not bona fide.
