Traduzione automatica locale · Lingua originale della fonte
Riepilogo
In response to requests from U.S. producers of the subject merchandise, the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel wire rod (SSWR) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). The review covers two manufacturers/exporters of subject merchandise to the United States during the period of review (POR), September 1, 1999 through August 31, 2000. Based upon our analysis, the Department has preliminarily determined that dumping margins exist for both manufacturers/exporters. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of administrative review, we will instruct the United States Customs Service (Customs) to assess antidumping duties as appropriate. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. Parties who submit arguments in this proceeding are requested to submit with the argument (1) a statement of the issue, and (2) a brief summary of the argument.
