Notice of Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review: Stainless Steel Wire Rod From Spain

In response to a request by Roldan S.A. ("Roldan"), the sole respondent in this review, the Department of Commerce ("the Department") is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel wire rod ("SSWR") from Spain. The review covers sales for the period March 5, 1998 through August 31, 1999 (the "period of review" or "POR"). The Department has preliminarily determined that Roldan did not sell subject merchandise at less than normal value ("NV"). If these preliminary results are adopted in the final results of this administrative review, the Department will instruct the Customs Service to liquidate entries of subject merchandise from Roldan without regard to antidumping duties. The Department invites interested parties to comment on the preliminary results.
