High Density Airports; Notice of Lottery of Slot Exemptions at LaGuardia Airport

This notice announces the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) intention to hold a lottery, with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, in late November or early December to reallocate exemption slots at LaGuardia Airport as authorized under the Wendell H. Ford Aviation Investment and Reform Act of the 21st Century.
