The Production of Nonpublic Records and Testimony of NCUA Employees in Legal Proceedings and the Privacy Act

NCUA is making minor and technical revisions to its regulation implementing the Privacy Act of 1974 (PA). The revised rule is updated to conform to current law governing the method an individual may use to establish his or her identity to obtain access to protected records and the requirements for the release of medical records.
