EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This revision establishes and requires volatile organic compounds (VOC) and nitrogen oxides (NO X ) reasonably available control technology (RACT) for 16 major sources located in Pennsylvania.
