Certain Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes and Welded Carbon Steel Line Pipe From Turkey; Preliminary Results and Partial Recission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews

The Department of Commerce is conducting administrative reviews of the countervailing duty orders on certain welded carbon steel pipes and tubes and welded carbon steel line pipe from Turkey. For information on the net subsidy for each reviewed company for each class or kind of merchandise, as well as for all non-reviewed companies, see the Preliminary Results of Reviews section of this notice. If the final results remain the same as these preliminary results of administrative reviews, we will instruct the U.S. Customs Service to assess countervailing duties as detailed in the Preliminary Results of Reviews section of this notice. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. (See Public Comment section of this notice.)
