The Commission, at the request of Jose J. Arzuaga, allots Channel 269B1 at Frederiksted, Virgin Islands, as the community's third local FM transmission service (RM-8754). The coordinates for Channel 269B1 at Frederiksted are North Latitude 17-42-48 and West Longitude 64-53-00. Additionally, Channel 297B1 can be allotted at Charlotte Amalie in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 20.8 kilometers (12.9 miles) east at Station WVNX(FM)'s presently authorized site. The coordinates for Channel 297B1 at Charlotte Amalie are North Latitude 18-20-30 and West Longitude 64-43- 59. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
