On December 22, 1994, The Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of its 1992-1993 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Taiwan. The review covers four manufacturers/exporters of the subject merchandise to the United States during the period December 1, 1992, through November 30, 1993. Our review indicates the existence of dumping margins. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have adjusted the margins of two manufacturers for these final results.
