Administration of Assistance Awards to U.S. Non-Governmental Organizations

Riepilogo

This interim final rule adds a new 22 CFR part 226 which implements Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-110 establishing uniform administrative requirements for Federal grants and agreements awarded to institutions of higher education, hospitals, and other non-profit organizations. In keeping with existing USAID policy, this rule is also being made applicable to commercial organizations.
