The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau agrees that some measure of relief should be afforded to non-nationwide 220-222 MHz licensees and has therefore adopted this Order extending the deadline to December 31, 1995 for all non-nationwide 220-222 MHz licensees to construct their stations and place them in operation.
