Riepilogo
The Department of State is giving notice that, as authorized by title 5 United States Code, section 5520a(j)(2), it will collect and use a fee for processing of garnishments against Department of State employees to satisfy debts other than for alimony or child support. The fee is $30, and it will be collected from the employee at the time the garnishment is first instituted. It will be added to the amount garnished as a charge against salary.
