On November 30, 1993, the Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on titanium sponge from Japan and its intent to revoke the order in part. We have now completed this review and found no dumping margin for Showa Denko K.K. (Showa) during the period November 1, 1991 to October 31, 1992. We also determine that Showa has met the requirements for revocation.
