Riepilogo

This order opens, subject to the provisions of Section 24 of the Federal Power Act, 70.27 acres of public lands withdrawn by Executive orders which established the Bureau of Land Management's Powersite Reserve Nos. 9 and 177. This action will permit disposal of the lands through exchange and retain the power rights to the United States. The lands have been and will remain open to mining, under the provisions of the Mining Claims Rights Restoration Act of 1955, and to mineral leasing.
