Partial Revocation of Secretarial Orders Dated October 14, 1918, and April 8, 1919; Wyoming

Riepilogo

This order partially revokes two Secretarial Orders insofar as they affect 863.98 acres of public lands withdrawn for stock driveway purposes. The lands are no longer needed for this purpose and the revocation is needed to permit disposal of the lands through exchange under Section 206 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, 43 U.S.C. 1716. This action will open the lands to surface entry unless closed by overlapping withdrawals or temporary segregations of record. The lands have been and will remain open to mineral leasing.
