The SNPRM which was published on Thursday, September 22, 1994 at 59 FR 48664 referencing five working days after publication as the deadline to request a hearing, is amended as follows: EPA will hold a public hearing on the Supplemental Notice of Proposed Rulemaking if one is requested by 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 28, 1994. The hearing, if requested, would begin at 9:00 a.m. and continue until all commenters have an opportunity to testify. The hearing, if requested, will be held in U.S. EPA Auditorium at 401 M Street, SW., in Washington, DC.
