The Department of Commerce (the Department) has completed an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on carbon steel wire rod from Saudi Arabia. We determine the total bounty or grant to be 0.18 percent ad valorem for the period January 1, 1991 through December 31, 1991. In accordance with 19 CFR 355.7, any rate less than 0.50 percent ad valorem is de minimis. In addition, because the requirements for revocation of the order have been met by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the sole producer of the subject merchandise pursuant to 19 CFR 355.25(a)(2) and 355.25(b)(2), the Department is revoking the countervailing duty order.
