On May 12, 1994, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on industrial nitrocellulose from the United Kingdom. The period of review is July 1, 1992 through June 30, 1993. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have changed the results from those in our preliminary results of review.
