In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, the Department of Homeland Security proposes to establish a new Department of Homeland Security system of records titled, "Department of Homeland Security/ ALL--035 Common Entity Index Prototype System of Records." This system of records allows the Department of Homeland Security to correlate identity data from select component-level systems and organizes key identifiers that the Department of Homeland Security has collected about that individual.
