On October 21, 2010, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review for certain lined paper products from India (CLPP). See Certain Lined Paper Products From India: Notice of Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, 75 FR 64988 (October 21, 2010) (Preliminary Results). This review covers 31 manufacturers and exporters of the subject merchandise.\1\ On October 26, 2009, petitioner timely withdrew its request for a review of Blue Bird (India) Limited (Blue Bird).
