Circular Welded Austenitic Stainless Pressure Pipe From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The Department of Commerce ("the Department") is conducting the first administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded austenitic stainless pressure pipe ("austenitic pipe") from the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). The period of review ("POR") is September 5, 2008, through February 28, 2010. The Department has preliminarily determined that sales have not been made below normal value ("NV") by the respondent during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. We intend to issue the final results of this review no later than 120 days from the date of publication of this notice.
