In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is proposing to alter a system of records for Disability Claims of the Nursing Student Loan Program in the Bureau of Health Professions, SORN 09-15-0038, at the Division of Student Loans and Scholarships (DSLS).
