Stainless Steel Bar from India: Final Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, and Revocation of the Order, in Part

On March 4, 2011, the Department of Commerce ("Department") published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel bar from India. The review covers shipments of subject merchandise to the United States for the period February 1, 2009, through January 31, 2010, by Facor Steels Ltd./Ferro Alloys Corporation, Ltd. ("Facor"), Mukand Ltd. ("Mukand"), and Venus Wire Industries Pvt. Ltd. ("Venus Wire").\1\ Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have made changes to the preliminary results, which are discussed below. For the final dumping margins, see the "Final Results of the Review" section below. Finally, we are announcing our revocation of the order on stainless steel bar from India, in part, with respect to subject merchandise produced and/or exported by Venus to the United States. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
