Traduction automatique locale · Langue originale de la source
Résumé
The Department of Commerce ("the Department") is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on folding metal tables and chairs ("FMTCs") from the People's Republic of China ("PRC") covering the period June 1, 2008, through May 31, 2009, and a deferred administrative review for Feili Group (Fujian) Co., Ltd. and Feili Furniture Development Limited Quanzhou City (collectively, "Feili") \1\ covering the period June 1, 2007, through May 31, 2008. The 2008-2009 administrative review covers Feili and New-Tec Integration (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. ("New-Tec") and the 2007-2008 deferred administrative review covers Feili. We have preliminarily determined that Feili and New-Tec did not make sales in the United States at prices below normal value ("NV") during the periods of review ("POR") pertinent to each company. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of these reviews, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection ("CBP") to liquidate entries of merchandise exported by Feili and New-Tec during the PORs without regard to antidumping duties. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
