The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to sell a 20-acre public land parcel located in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley, Nevada, under the authorities of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA), as amended, the BLM land sale regulations, and the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA), as amended.
