The FHWA, on behalf of the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by Caltrans that are final agency actions. These actions relate to the proposed Bay Lights 360 Project. The project will replace the existing LED fixtures and add light fixtures to the inward-facing side of the suspension cables, creating a 360-degree viewing experience.
