The FHWA, on behalf of the State Department of Transportation (FDOT), is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by FDOT and other Federal agencies that are final agency actions. These actions relate to the proposed Broad Causeway Bridge Replacement Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study (Financial Management Number 452428-1-21-01). The project involves the replacement of the existing bascule bridge with a 65-foot High-Level Fixed Bridge connecting the Town of Bay Harbor Islands with the City of North Miami in Miami-Dade County.
