Résumé

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC, the Commission) received and is considering approval of an application filed by Arizona Public Service Company (APS), on behalf of Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM), Troy ParentCo LLC (Troy ParentCo), and their corporate affiliates (together, Applicants), on April 24, 2026. The application seeks NRC approval of the indirect transfer of PNM's co- ownership of the Renewed Facility Operating License Nos.
