The Secretary of the Interior proposes to extend for an additional 20-year term, subject to valid existing rights, 10 Secretary's Orders (SO), 2 Public Land Orders (PLO), and 1 Bureau of Land Management Order (BLMO), as modified by PLO No. 7262, affecting 145,644.03 acres of Federal lands for the All-American Canal, Boulder Canyon, Colorado River Storage, Senator Wash Pump Storage, and Yuma Reclamation Projects. The lands would remain closed to surface entry and mining but have been and will remain open to mineral leasing.
